      • severe disordered eating behaviours;<\/span><\/li>

            Foundation Membership & Self-Led Programs<\/b><\/h2>

            Self-led programs and Foundation Membership products are digital products designed for independent use without consultant interaction.<\/span><\/p>

            Cooling-Off Period<\/b><\/h3>

            In accordance with UK consumer protection legislation, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than the initial 14-day segment of the program.<\/span><\/p>

            Programs are intentionally delivered in staged 14-day increments in order to:<\/span><\/p>

            • allow users to evaluate suitability;<\/span><\/li>
            • protect intellectual property;<\/span><\/li>
            • prevent full-course consumption prior to refund requests.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              Access to the entire program is therefore not granted immediately upon purchase.<\/span><\/p>

              After 14 Days<\/b><\/h3>

              No refunds will be provided after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired.<\/span><\/p>

              By continuing to access the program beyond the initial 14-day segment, you acknowledge that:<\/span><\/p>

              the service has materially commenced.<\/span><\/p>

              • digital content has been supplied<\/span><\/li>
              • Substantial custom work begins shortly after onboarding;<\/span><\/li>
              • services are tailored specifically to your circumstances
                <\/span>Consultant time, analysis, and planning are allocated immediately.<\/span><\/li>
              • The service cannot reasonably be resold or reused. Y<\/span>our eligibility for cancellation and refund may be reduced or extinguished under applicable consumer law.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                Signature Tier Consulting Programs<\/b><\/h2>

                Signature consulting programs (referred to on this site as our ‘signature’ tier) are highly personalised consultancy services involving custom planning, review, communication, and strategic support.<\/span><\/p>

                Due to the bespoke nature of these services, no refunds are available once service delivery has commenced.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
