Self-led programs and Foundation Membership products are digital products designed for independent use without consultant interaction.
Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with UK consumer protection legislation, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than the initial 14-day segment of the program.
Programs are intentionally delivered in staged 14-day increments in order to:
- allow users to evaluate suitability;
- protect intellectual property;
- prevent full-course consumption prior to refund requests.
Access to the entire program is therefore not granted immediately upon purchase.
After 14 Days
No refunds will be provided after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired.
By continuing to access the program beyond the initial 14-day segment, you acknowledge that:

Consultant time, analysis, and planning are allocated immediately. - The service cannot reasonably be resold or reused. Your eligibility for cancellation and refund may be reduced or extinguished under applicable consumer law.
Signature Tier Consulting Programs
Signature consulting programs (referred to on this site as our ‘signature’ tier) are highly personalised consultancy services involving custom planning, review, communication, and strategic support.
Due to the bespoke nature of these services, no refunds are available once service delivery has commenced.
Termination of services
Health Forever LTD reserves the right to terminate or discontinue an engagement where, in our reasonable professional judgment:
- communication becomes abusive or inappropriate;
- boundaries are repeatedly breached;
- the service is being misused;
- participation becomes unsafe or unsuitable;
- the working relationship is no longer constructive.
Where appropriate, unused future services may be refunded on a discretionary pro-rata basis.
Right to Decline Engagement
